I’m Thalia, the creator & coach behind FORMD.
I created FORMD because I spent so long feeling like fitness just didn’t work for me. Between chronic illness, low energy, life circumstances, burnout, & several diagnoses that made me feel like the odds were stacked against me, I truly believed I’d never be able to live a healthier life.
I know what it feels like to feel stuck, discouraged, & hopeless, like your body is working against you no matter how hard you try. But the truth is, the approach I was using was never built for my body.
Now, I help want to help YOU build strength, routines, and confidence in a way that actually supports your life, not fights it. Because wellness & fitness shouldn’t feel punishing, overwhelming, or impossible. It should feel sustainable, empowering, & realistic for whatever season of life you’re in. 🤍
